I'm Darilyn P., the breeder behind Autumn Ridge Boxers located in Thompsonville, IL. Welcome to Autumn Ridge Boxers! We do extensive health testing which includes : - Genetic tests for ARVC and DM - OFA Certification for Hips and Elbow Dysplasia - OFA Advanced Cardiac Clearance which includes Auscultation and Echocardiogram from a Board Certified Cardiologist 24 Hour Annual Holter Monitor to rule out Boxer Cardiomyopathy Our health testing is completed per the AKC Boxer Club of America recommendations. We do this to provide healthy quality Boxer puppies to our Autumn Ridge families. Each and every puppy we raise has been well socialized, vaccinated and vet checked. Each puppy comes with a health guarantee! Our adult dogs are cared for in the best way; all vet checked, up to date on vaccines, multiple hours of daily exercise and most of all, or family pets!!! Our goal is to better the breed day doing extensive health testing and hand picking each future puppy we bring into our program and each male we choose to sire our litters.

Why did you start breeding?
Many years ago when I was young, my Mom raised Boxer puppies. I was around them day in and day out. I do not remember a time growing up when we did not have Boxers. As I got older, I started to really value the breed and what they have to offer families all across the US. I am so happy to be providing each family with a quality Boxer puppy who they will value as well.What makes your program special?
My breeding program is so special to me and when people get to know us and our dogs, they too understand what makes it special. Our dogs are so loved and get the exercise a Boxer needs each day. We live on an 80 acre farm where our dogs are around cattle, horses and have the opportunity to take a swim on a hot summer day. We go above and beyond for our adults and each puppy we raise.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation , Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (ARVC)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
