Meet the breeder

I'm Amanda M., the breeder behind Blue Coast Bulldogs located in Newport, OR. We work hard to produce healthy, well-rounded bully breed puppies that will make others as happy as our dogs have made us! Our Bulldog, French Bulldog, and Boston Terrier puppies are bred for health and temperament, and we do all that we can to prepare them for their forever homes.

Q. & A. with Amanda

  • Why did you start breeding?

I am a speech language pathologist that loves working with kids. I originally wanted to train my first dogs to work in my therapy room. I lived the breeds so much and the training that I began competing in different AKC events as well as “just for fun” competitions in my home town with our trainer. I have met so many amazing people through dogs. I am research and data driven that after a couple years of research and some amazing mentors I decided that I wanted to be a responsible breeder. I enjoy every minute of it and it brings so much joy to my life. I hope you find the same happiness in your new puppy!
  • What makes your program special?

My dogs are temperament evaluated first and foremost, they they are DNA, Health tested and OFA tested. Puppies are cared for in a living home with children. My puppies are exposed to neuro-stimulation after they have passed the critical stage of development. We also use Puppy Culture socialization program and curriculum. Puppies are matched to future owners based off of owner lifestyle and puppy personality. Puppies have a health guarantee when purchasing from our program.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Amanda was very responsive and so easy to work with. She knows a lot about French bulldogs, puts a lot of care and love into her dogs, and into her breeding program and raising them. We just adore our new family member.
