I'm Brenda M., the breeder behind Brotts Fur Babies located in Jesup, GA. I have 30+ years of dachshund breeding experience and knowledge, with 53 years of owning them. I take all precautions needed to produce healthy happy pups with great social skills, temperments, and personalities that will bring as much joy, love, and happiness to your family as they have to me and mine.

Why did you start breeding?
I grew up in RI. When I was 21 I married and moved to a large and very rural farm in SE Ga. I had plenty of space to begin the breeding program I always dreamed of. So began Brotts fur babies.What makes your program special?
My doxies are pets first. I choose to remain a small home based dachshund breeder so I can spoil and have more time to nurture, and enjoy them. And to prepare them for their new families. They are not thrown outside in a kennel or locked up in a pen. They eat, sleep, play, and relax right along side the whole family. I hope my furbabies will bring your family as much happiness, fun. love, and joy as they do ours. My intention is for them to live many many happy healthy years with you and your family.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

"The $300.00 deposit to hold a puppy aids in me being able to give the puppy a happy healthy start. Puppies and the mama require alot of care and time to keep them healthy and happy during this crucial and delicate time . A deposit is a gaurantee and security for both the breeder and purchaser. Ensuring eithers time is not wasted... Deposit is NON refundable but I can apply it towards a future pup once one is available. Certain circumstances can be reason for a refund of deposit."

About Carolina
Carolina is my lil red princess... She is so smart, prissy, sweet and very playful.. She will play fetch all day long if allowed with her ball or anything you throw..She also has a dominant personality with our pack and tries to mother as well as protect the other dogs ( especially the younger ones). At the same time she is very sensitive and caring. She does not bark much at all, but in her own way speaks to us when she really wants our attention..She loves to lay in my bed and nap alone during the day. She is very obedient..

About Dolly
Dolly Mae is CKC black and tan, smooth coat, and her coat is stunningly bright and shiny..Her tan points equally shiny with exceptionally different tan points that look as though she is wearing a mask around her eyes. She has a very independent personality. She loves her beggin strips so much she will sit in front of the counter they are kept on in her best posture to swindle one often and is first to be sitting pretty waiting for her treat when daddy comes home from work...She loves her daddy about as much as her treats..When daddy comes home she is 2 steps behind him or on him. Stealing the other dogs toys is a favorite past time of hers as well..We often find 4 or 5 balls under her doggy bed..😁..She is a great lil mama. She is a super fast runner..When she gets a burst of energy she will run around as fast as she can in large or small circles depending on if she is inside or outside..She is very affectionate..Our only baby that literally gives hugs and kisses just like humans do...😁We can say " Dolly hugs n kisses" and she literally embraces us by wrapping all 4 paws around our neck and waist and press her snout to our cheek or chin until we say " thank you" or " that was good kisses"...lol I can not list enough to give you an idea of her personality because she has such a great big one! She also is exceptionally clean..She will not potty in the house ever..Even as a puppy she did not have 1 accident.

Black ( non standard) smooth coat. Minature, muscled/toned body.. Trump is our Golds Gym boy as we call him.. He will play fetch all day long and entertain himself..He is always coming up with new games and tricks...Silly boy!

Brenda was great when we bought our Doxie around a year and half now and can’t say how much we love our little girl. She’s great with our other dog Apollo and even has the matching name to him as her name is now Artimes. She has the cutest eyes and fluffiest ears you won’t be disappointed with any of the puppies from Brenda. Artimes enjoys her cuddles with her brother or her humans and loves her new south Florida lifestyle. When we get another one in our lives it will definitely be one of Brenda’s!!
