Deposits are taken to hold your place/pick on the waiting list for puppies. It secures your spot. Picks are made in order deposits are received. They are non refundable but can be transferred to another litter for up to a year after placed. Below is copy of 1st page of contract. Explaining deposit info. Half due up front to hold place and pick the other half due after puppies arrive."
