Meet the breeder

I'm the breeder behind Deer Pines Labradoodles, LLC located in Clinton, OH. Among its many amazing qualities, the Multi-Generational Australian Labradoodle breed may be ideal for those with canine allergies, as well as for those looking for a low to non-shedding dog. It is also known for its innate capability for companionship with children and/or adults, which includes its ability to excel in training to provide companionship/therapeutic services for those faced with developmental, emotional, and physical challenges.

Linda and Jerry’s experience

  • About Linda and Jerry

We LOVE dogs and are very passionate people. Our nature has always been one of service, i.e, volunteerism, especially for charitable organizations. Our interest in breeding sparked when we learned that our breed is easily trained for service work. One of us makes puppy rearing a full-time job while the puppies are with us. Our process is transparent, honest and ethical. We are always learning.

  • What makes Linda and Jerry’s program special

We are a smaller home-based program, and make this a full-time job when we have puppies here. We pride ourselves on our ethical breeding practices, constant handling of the puppies, creativity with noise desensitization, and developmental work/challenges. We carefully screen prospective families and provide lifetime support for our adoptive families. Additionally, we use a world-renowned reproductive Veterinarian, Dr. Robert Hutchinson. In fact, one of the Veterinarians (Dr. Greenfield) used by Good Dog for standards, etc., is on staff at his clinic (Animal Clinic Northview).

  • Linda and Jerry is a member of 2 clubs

More about Linda and Jerry

  • Why Linda and Jerry started breeding

We fell in love with our first Australian Labradoodle who is now 5 years old. When we saw how wonderful she was with people, and easy to train, we contacted her breeder with our interest in breeding to further this wonderful breed. Our original breeder is still one of our mentors, with nearly 20 years of experience, and we bought our first and second breeding girls from her.
