I'm Lisa C., the breeder behind Hearts and Paws Poodles and Doodles located in Floyd, VA. We are breeders of beautiful, intelligent, and healthy Mini Goldendoodles and Mini Golden Cavapoos that make the best pets. All of our dogs are genetically tested to be non shedding. We are located in Floyd County VA. We have a flight nanny and ground transportation available.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    When my daughter was little, she wanted a puppy but was allergic to dogs. We did our research and found the perfect dog, the Goldendoodle! We absolutely adored our first Doodle! We decided to do our research and we have spent years working to provide families with beautiful, healthy puppies!

  • What makes your program special?

    We are very passionate about breeding healthy, beautiful dogs with outstanding temperaments. All of our puppies are genetically tested to be non shedding!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Cavapoo puppies are miniature size. Goldendoodle puppies include petite and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Lisa

Lisa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Lisa partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We chat with potential buyers to see what their lifestyle is like and what temperament would fit them best. We also ask about allergies and if there are any size preferences. For example, if someone wants to fly with their puppy, they need a small dog. We do our best to match up the temperament of parents and puppies to best suit the families. ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $3,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes a genetic health guarantee, a full report from the vet and 30 days insurance. Deposits may be transferred to a future litter in extenuating circumstances. Deposit is applied to final price.”

    Lisa was quick to answer any questions we had and send us videos of our girl. Pickup was super simple and she worked with our timeline as we were out of town around the typical pick up time.
