I'm Kelly W., the breeder behind Heaven Sent Aussies located in Jaroso, CO. Our focus is to produce the best dogs of the highest quality so that other families can also enjoy the love of a Mini Aussie. These dogs have proven to be wonderful companions in our lives. It is a privilege to be able to share that love and friendship with others through responsible breeding.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I raised and trained Australian Cattle Dogs before getting married and raising a family. Now that my family is grown and gone from home I began thinking of how I wanted to spend my time. I am an avid hiker and after researching different breeds I settled on Australian Shepherds because of their athleticism and devotion to the humans in their lives.

  • What makes your program special?

    I live in an area where my dogs get lots of exercise (in the form of hiking) and have plenty of fresh air and sunshine in which to thrive. The result? All of my dogs are robustly healthy and happy.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include red & white, black & white, blue merle, black tri, red tri, red merle, red, and black. Toy Australian Shepherd puppies include black & white, red & white, black tri, blue merle, red merle, and red tri. Australian Shepherd puppies include black & white, red & white, black, red merle, blue merle, red, dilute blue, dilute red, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kelly

Kelly has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Kelly partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price is dependent on breeding rights and eye color. Price includes dewclaw removal, tail-docking, ASDR registration available, first round of vaccines. Non-refundable but transferable, if you decide you like a different puppy more!”

She spent over an hour on the phone with me initially, walking me through each of her dogs in detail so I could truly find the right fit—and together we absolutely nailed it!! My little Zuri is beyond perfect!  Her communication is unmatched. Kelly was always available, incredibly responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt confident and supported throughout the entire process. It never felt transactional—she truly cares about her puppies and the families they go to and it shows! Zuri has exceeded every expectation I had. She is incredibly smart, well-adjusted, and clearly came from such a thoughtful, experienced and passionate breeding program. Within just one week, she is already 99% house trained, is comfortable in her crate and has learned commands like sit, place, spin, come and rollover—and continues to impress me every day. What’s been just as special is how seamlessly she has bonded with my 10-year-old dog who struggled so much with the loss of my 15 year old beagle several months ago. That transition could have been tricky, but it was smooth and natural, which speaks volumes about Zuri’s temperament and the early socialization Kelly provided.     This was my first time adopting a dog through a breeder so I wasn’t really sure what to expect! As soon as I saw “guffy” now named Ruhn, I knew he was the one for me. It’s been one day since we picked him up and oh my goodness he is such a calm guy and he LOVES his crate which is amazing and something I was worried about having to train into a puppy. Pretty easy process to purchase a dog through good dog and kelly was very responsive. I’m excited to watch him grow.
