About Claire
A small breeder with only a few litters per year. Our Labradors' health and happiness come first, not making litters. All of our dogs have come from reputable breeders and are health tested
What makes Claire’s program special
All of our dogs are cleared of genetic diseases that are common to Labradors. Which means they are of the safest, healthiest dogs to use in a breeding program. On top of having the best health, we only breed our dogs that have the best temperament. Our dogs can be your best friend and your hunting partner.
Claire has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Puppy prices range from $2,250 - $2,400 and include a non-refundable deposit of $500.
“This Price includes 26 month guarantee, Genetic guarantee, AKC, All Puppy immunizations, worming, and Vet check before going home. Deposits are taken for litter, color, and sex preference. If the litter does not produce the preference you'll be moved to the next litter with your preferences.”
Claire may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Claire offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Claire directly.
Our puppies are socialized right in our home. They get one-on-one interactions with kids and adults. When they are old enough they are exposed to other dogs, making them ready for homes that already have pets. They also are exposed to loud noises in the home and gunfire from a distance helping them prepare for a hunting home. Once vaccinations start they begin visiting with other adults and the outdoors. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) , Touch, pets, and kisses are encouraged during human socialization., Litter Box Trained, All our puppies are exposed to new sights, sounds, smells, surfaces, big dogs, small dogs, adults and children and get regular indoor and outdoor exercise and mental stimulation., We expose our puppies to many different sounds (doorbells, fireworks, barking dogs, children playing, men talking, horns, motorcycles, etc.). By doing this it helps to desensitize them to many things which may otherwise trigger a negative response in puppies., gun shots, exposure to agility tunnel, wobble board and other novel items, Early stages of crate training, Outdoors (when Weather permits), Noises , Toys, e.g. Ball, Touch Desensitization, Early Neurological Stimulation, Sound Stimulation, Socialized with Children, Socialized with Adult Dogs, and Household Desensitization.
Our pups receive all vaccinations recommended at 6 weeks of age, they are dewormed with veterinarian schedule until homed, they receive a full health check-up before they leave our home, and have a 100% genetic guarantee.
We send our puppies home with Vet records, Our puppies are all sent home with welcome home bags and information. , Early Neurological Stimulation, Vaccinations, Food Starter Bag, Blanket with Mom's Scent, Blanket with Littermates Scent, and AKC Registration.

Why Claire started breeding
My Aunt Jamie Kreitzer's love for Labradors is what started it all. Her and my Uncle Steve have grown and started Jungle Lake Labrador Lodge. Sadly Jamie passed away, now Steve and I (Claire) are continuing on Jamie's dream and life passion to produce healthy, hunters and family Labs.
Claire has been a member of Good Dog for over 5 years
Claire was screened for responsible practices and has been a member since 2019.
Claire’s program includes three colors
Claire’s Labrador Retriever puppies include yellow, chocolate, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
