I'm Leah Z., the breeder behind K.Z. Schnauzers located in East Bridgewater, MA. Our main goal is to provide loving, healthy life long companions for families who are in need of an all around amazing dog. Our schnauzers are bred with health and temperament in mind. Sweet loving family dogs and live in our home along with our children, cats and other larger dogs.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I’ve been working in the animal field for many years and fell in love with schnauzers. I work closely with many other breeders of different breeds and wanted to introduce the schnauzer to my area as there are not many around here!

  • What makes your program special?

    My dogs are in home, travel with us and free roam our large property. They are spoiled along with our pups. They even join me at work a few times a week!

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include white, liver, black, and black and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Leah

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,800 - $4,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    I can’t even find the words to express how grateful my partner and I are to have stumbled upon Leah’s page for our mini Schnauzer Denym. As soon as we saw his photo on her page, we both fell in love. I messaged Leah right away to inquire about him and she got back to me within minutes. Leah was very responsive and answered all our questions about Denym. She even let us push back our week to pick him because we still needed to make sure everything at home was just right for him.     Working with KZ Schnauzers went like clockwork. Tons of photos and updates leading up to the handover. My younger daughter had an exhaustive (at least 20) questions to pass along, of which KZ answered each and every one. Archie is thriving and off to his first vet appointment this afternoon.

    Leah was great to work with and provided all the answers I had about my puppy and continued to answer questions after I had him for a few weeks. She responds in a timely manner and is very kind and knowledgeable about the breed and their needs! Koda came with his medical records, AKC registration, and a chew toy he absolutely loves. I recommend her as a breeder, especially if you want dogs that are healthy and well taken care of, and of course, spoiled!

    Leah was awesome through the whole adoption process. When I visited Finn I could see that he was born into a loving home. Leah is extremely knowledgeable about the breed as well as dog health in general. Highly recommend KZ Schnauzers!!!!!
