“All companion puppies are sold with a spay/neuter contract. Show puppies are also sold with a contract that outlines our expectations and our guarantee to the buyer. Deposits are refundable if we don’t have a puppy available for you. Deposits are considered good faith as we work through the process. If we don’t feel you are a good match for one of our puppies, deposit is refunded!”
