Our puppies are well adjusted to a home lifestyle. All puppies are engaged with children and other dogs. We believe that social development is key in raising and improving the dachshund breed. We focus on sensory introduction of sounds and smells. We potty train using the turf mechanism to prepare your dog for outside potty training. Turf introduces the puppies to the sensory feeling of what grass should feel like for their potty area. We introduce the crate to each puppy. We believe this prepares them for a safe feeling and understanding of what a crate is used for. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Scent introduction, Socialized with children, Various sounds, Surface & tactile stimulation, Introduction to crate training, We begin potty training along with crate training & believe the two go hand in hand., Early socialization, Human Interactions , Potty training, crate training, crate training, Noises , Chew, e.g. Bone, Toys, e.g. Ball, Household Desensitization, Sound Stimulation, Socialized with Cats, Socialized with Elderly, Socialized with Adult Dogs, and Socialized with Children.
All puppies are vaccinated with their first rounds of vaccinations given by our vet, wormed twice, and a health clearance from our vet.
We send our puppies home with Registration, Blanket with mom & littermates’ scent, Initial potty training, Puppy starter kit, Toys, Food & treats, Vet records, Our puppies are all sent home with welcome home bags and information. , Microchipped , Vaccinations, Toy with Mom's Scent, Puppy Starter Kit, Puppy Collar, Food Starter Bag, Certificate of Health, Blanket with Mom's Scent, and AKC Registration.

Why Caitlin started breeding
I've always been a huge dachshund fan. Growing up my aunt always had dachshunds. I have a strong passion for the breed and a desire to keep the dachshund breed strong with appropriate breeding and a great understanding of genetics. My number one goal is to better the breed and educate myself in genetics, bloodlines, and conformation.
