“Nonrefundable deposit unless there is a problem on my end with the puppy. At that point, the deposit would be refunded. I want a very good home for my puppies so I will discount the price sometimes. The price of my puppies is $1,500.00 for limited AKC registration. I take a $500.00 nonrefundable deposit. If something happens to the puppy on my end, such as health issues the deposit will be refunded.”
Janet may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Janet offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Janet directly.

Sunset Kennels are very knowledgeable, informative and passionate about their breeds! Extremely good people and experience with the transaction from being responsive via inbox and phone. My standard poodle Jasper ( formally Nash) is a “SUPER PUPPY”. Trust me when I say this breeder knows what she is doing! My poodle was “Desensitized” to loud noise ( 4th of July fireworks for example) and “Socialization” with other dogs and people. My baby came home with a collar, leash, puppy food, blanket, medical paper work with dates and I was able to purchase a crate from this breeder as well. I’m happy to have a standard from this bloodline, The temperament from this puppy is “Extraordinary” - Thank You HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I could not have asked for a more perfect dog. Working with Janet was a breeze and she kept me updated over the first 8 weeks. Everyone comments how social and well behaved Buoy (fmr. Chase) is, he really is a perfect dog. He has had no health issues and been absolutely perfect bill of health. I would definitely consider getting a second dog at some point, and my first call would be Janet.
