I'm John Paolo A., the breeder behind Pearl of the Orient Seas located in Ponte Vedra, FL. We are a small breeding program. Breeding dogs that are healthy and well-rounded is very important to us. Our dogs are family pets before they are breeding dogs. They are so spoiled and very loved. We strive for excellence and are passionate about raising the best dogs.

Why did you start breeding?
I was exposed to bad breeders and bad practices which led me wanting to help other families get better puppies from a more responsible and reputable breeder.What makes your program special?
All my girls are pets first. They all stay in our house and are indoor pets. They are all regularly health tested and even complete a health check before every breeding. I do not have any males in the house and use the best studs from good breeder friends.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from John Paolo
John Paolo has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $4,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price is usually $2500 for non-blue eyes and $5000 for two blue eyes. We have a $500 deposit, but unlike other breeders, mine is refundable until pups turn two weeks old.”
Contract & health guarantee
John Paolo may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
