I'm the breeder behind Red Cloud Australian Shepherds and DeGray Great Danes & Bulldogs located in Albany, OR. We strive to breed quality puppies that are structurally sound and have great temperaments. Health, temperament, and longevity are our main goals. We strive to produce a puppy that will enhance the lives of the families they go to for years to come. We are devoted to giving our puppies the very best start as possible, making them a success with their new families.

About Gray Cloud
Puppies are home-raised, allowing them to experience every day family life with all of our daily activities and noises. We perform extensive genetic testing on all of our adults. Our Aussies are all family members first. They sleep in the house and all have a turn coming to work with us.

We are dedicated to raising healthy, structurally sound puppies. Prior to rehoming our puppies, we provide the very best of care from excellent nutrition, hands on daily care, mental and physical stimulation, and socialization. We use Puppy Culture as a way to make sure we provide the best start for our puppies. We perform extensive genetic testing on all of our adults.

Getting a puppy from Gray Cloud
Gray Cloud has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices range from $1,800 - $5,000 and include a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.
“$1000 to $2000 non-refundable retainer is required to hold your puppy until they are 7 weeks. At that point, final payment is due and pick up arrangements will be made. Deposits vary depending on breed of puppy. $1000 to $2000 to hold your puppy until they are 7 weeks old. At which point final payment is due. At no point is the deposit refunded. Deposits vary depending on breed of puppy.”

Gray Cloud may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Enrichment and socialization
All puppies raised in our home with our dogs, cats, and birds. We also use Puppy Culture. Puppy health practices
Puppies are vaccinated at 6 weeks of age and treated for worms every 2 weeks. Dew claws are removed and tails docked. Their eyes are checked at 7 weeks old. Puppies are cleared by a vet and micro-chipped at 8 weeks. They will all go home on a strict spay/neuter (between 18 and 24 months old) and return contract, along with a personal puppy starter kit. All puppies raised in our home with our dogs, cats, and birds. We also use Puppy Culture.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
