I'm Debra H., the breeder behind River Falls Cockapoos located in Marietta, SC. Our Cockapoos are family raised and loved! Our dams and sires have been DNA tested by the best in the business. Our litters are carefully planned so we can produce the perfect companions for our families. We cherish all of our animals and enjoy sharing the love and laughter of this breed with other individuals and families! We are very passionate to see that our puppies go to the best forever homes!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We are lovers of all animals! I started breeding poodles in the late 80's and then took a long break to focus all my time raising a family. Once all left for college I took up breeding again. I began breeding Cockapoos because of a delightful Cockapoo named Holly, whom we rescued when she was 2. She brought so much joy into our lives that I felt compelled to share these wonderful companions with others.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our Moms and Dads and their puppies are raised inside our home as part of our family and experience family life -not kennel life- from the moment they are born. We focus on quality, health, and temperament. All our dams and sires are DNA health tested by Embark. Genetic diversity improves performance and health. The best traits from 2 different breeds wrapped up in one dog.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Debra

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 refundable deposit and $1,650 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes American Cockapoo registration, 1st round of puppy vaccines, Vet records, deworming, puppy socialization, bag of Hill’s Science Diet puppy food, chews toys, and puppy blanket. All our puppies are the same price regardless of color. The deposit guarantees your place on our waitlist and goes toward the purchase price. Unlike most breeders your deposit is refundable.”

Debra may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • DNA Disease Panel, PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
