I'm the breeder behind Shade of Grey Weimaraners located in Waterford, PA. We have been breeding Weimaraners according to the AKC standard for 20 years. We take great pride in our dogs and our program! We focus on nutrition, and temperament, with a heavy concentration on socialization. We have a dedicated staff that interacts with the puppies providing a very positive environment that enhances the puppies' confidence and leads to a more social and trainable dog.

Joe has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. Puppy prices range from $1,700 - $2,000.

Our puppies receive hours of socialization with many different people of all age. They are also socialized with other breeds of dogs participating in doggie daycare. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with other animals, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Socialized with children, Socialized in new places, Scent introduction, Surface & tactile stimulation, Car rides, and Various sounds.
All of our puppies are de wormed 3 times and also are vet checked and vaccinated at 7 weeks of age.
We send our puppies home with Initial potty training, Toys, Food & treats, Vet records, Microchip, Registration, and Blanket with mom & littermates’ scent.
Joe offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Spinal Dysraphism (SD)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
