I'm Marissa T., the breeder behind Travis’ Chocolate Labradors located in San Diego County, CA. We are a passionate and dedicated breeding program that produces dogs with great working drives, conformation, and temperaments. It is our goal to breed dogs that can be excellent field hunting dogs, as well as loving companions. We give all of our puppies the best care that we can so they will be ready for their new homes.

Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM), Great Dane Type, Narcolepsy, Labrador Retriever Type, Hyperuricosuria (HUU), Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), Generalized, Hereditary Nasal Parakeratosis (HNPK), Animal Genetics Panel, PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM), D Locus (Dilute) DNA test
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
