I'm Gerald M., the breeder behind Windy Hill Doodles located in Waterford, CA. We order all of the health testing appropriate for the breed, and we breed only those who meet the standards of good canine health. Our goal is to produce puppies that are beautiful, highly trainable, and have the best chance for long, healthy lives.

Why did you start breeding?
For many years a horse farm, we grew a little old for the rigors of horse management and more than 10 years ago were introduced to Doodles, fell in love with them, and made the transition from horses to doodles. Next came Cavapoochons.What makes your program special?
All of our dogs are our pets. We have a comfortable environment for our large dogs and our small-breed dogs. We are committed to keeping all of our breeding dogs in top health and fitness and to producing puppies who have the best chance for long, healthy lives.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Goldendoodle puppies are petite size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Price
"The price includes a veterinary health certificate, copies of parents' and/or grandparents' AKC pedigrees, results of genetic testing for dams and sires, a record of vaccinations and deworming, a one-year guarantee for any serious genetic/congenital issue, chew toys, puppy blanket rubbed on littermates and mom. Deposits are refundable if we cannot provide a healthy puppy from the litter of choice. Also, they can be transferred to another litter if that is done well ahead of puppies going home."

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
PawPrint Genetic Panel (Breed Specific)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
