Meet the breeder

I'm the breeder behind Apple Creek Doodles located in Clyde, MI. My passion is to breed top-quality puppies. Our parent dogs have Hip, Elbow, Heart and Patellas certified by O.F.A. and we also do Genetic testing on our adults as well via Paw Print Genetics. Pups are raised in our home and once older, in our nursery for ease of training. Pups come with a 2-year health warranty, microchip, vet check, de-worming protocol, 30 days free pet insurance, and a custom binder for their litter.

Tara’s experience

  • About Tara

My dogs are my passion, and I can't imagine spending life without them. I am dedicated to achieving excellence and healthy family pets, and I love to raise puppies and prepare them for their forever homes. I grew up with animals and my family raised Beagles and Chesapeak Bay Retrievers when I was young. In my adult life, I've worked professionally with animals for 30 years, first as a kennel manager, then as a groomer, and now as a breeder. My life path has kept me surrounded by animals, and I'd have it no other way!

  • What makes Tara’s program special

We make sure our adults are happy, healthy and want for nothing. They are raised in our home but can also spend time in our fully fenced acreage and lounge on our deck covered by shade trees. I treasure each Dog/Puppy in my program and give them all the attention and care I can. I work hard so my puppies can confidently leave my home, ready to take on the world with their new family!
