I follow Jane Killian's Puppy Culture. The puppies are in a large pen in our family room with constant interaction and frequent visitors. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Household Desensitization.
My puppies receive their first vaccinations at 8 weeks. At about the same time they are microchipped with pre-registered microchips (with myself as secondary contact) and BAER tested. Fecal exams are also done at 8 weeks unless there are earlier concerns. The puppies receive their 2nd vaccination at 12 weeks and then go to their new homes.
Your puppy may come with extra benefits, like a small bag of food or a toy carrying the scent of their littermates. While Barrister English Cockers hasn’t shared specifics yet, we encourage you to reach out directly to learn what thoughtful extras they may include to help your puppy transition comfortably into their new home.
Sally offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
