About Cassity
Bernese Mountain Dogs have been my dream pets since I first saw one in high school. As soon as I had my own home I got my first Bernese, Z. She is now 3 years old and holds half of my heart. When she was a year old, I got Chaos and he holds the other half of my heart. They are both lap dogs who also love to run around in the snow. I breed as a hobby, but research a lot and health test the parents.
What makes Cassity’s program special
Xena has Excellent rated hips which were done at 3 1/2 years old. I am also new to breeding and very open to new ideas and points of view, but still am backed by my parents’ 15 years of experience. If you want your puppies hind dew claws left on, them raised a certain way, certain types of pictures of your puppy weekly to complete a trend, etc., I am more than happy to accommodate.
Cassity has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Puppy prices range from $2,000 - $3,000 and include a non-refundable deposit of $500.
“This price includes the health guarantee, first round of shots, dewormings, socialization, hind dew claw removal, and limited AKC Registration.”
Cassity may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Cassity offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Cassity directly.
Our puppies are socialized daily and introduced to new sounds, surfaces, etc.
All puppies are vaccinated and health checked by a veterinarian before going to their new homes.
Your puppy may come with extra benefits, like a small bag of food or a toy carrying the scent of their littermates. While Bastian Mountain Dogs hasn’t shared specifics yet, we encourage you to reach out directly to learn what thoughtful extras they may include to help your puppy transition comfortably into their new home.
Cassity offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
Why Cassity started breeding
My parents breed Golden Retrievers. I’ve always enjoyed helping them with advertising and raising the puppies. Seeing people be so happy with the puppies they got from them, getting second puppies, and referring friends is what made me decide I wanted to start breeding amazing dogs as well.
