I'm the breeder behind Bee’s Retrievers located in Sedalia, MO. Our dogs are bred to have solid temperaments, be handler oriented, trainable, great with other animals, and great with kids! Our priority is the health and temperament of our dogs and puppies, and matching you with your forever companion.

    Our breeding pairs have solid temperaments and are very friendly. Our Dam is a therapy dog in training. Our Sire is a task trained service dog. Each puppy is temperament tested to see if they would make good service dog prospects. We offer health guarantees for every puppy. They also come with their first 4 rounds of dewormer, 2 rounds of vaccines by a licensed veterinarian, and microchipped!

Getting a puppy from Karisa

Karisa has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices range from $1,000 - $1,200 and include a non-refundable deposit of $400.

“The price includes the health guarantee, AKC registration, first round of vaccinations, deworming, microchip, and a puppy go home bag. The price of our puppies does not change based on gender or color. It only changes based on the type of registration.”

What's included

Enrichment and socialization

We raise our puppies with puppy culture, exposing them to different sights, sounds, smells, and feelings. We play games to help boost their confidence. Our puppies are raised in home. We also work on potty training and kennel training! Once they are old enough, they are introduced to grass pads in the puppy area. After vaccines, they will be allowed to potty outside. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Outdoors (when Weather permits), Various Surfaces , Noises , Strangers, Structures, e.g. Climbing, Scents, Chew, e.g. Bone, Toys, e.g. Ball, Touch Desensitization, Early Neurological Stimulation, Grooming Desensitization, Household Desensitization, Sound Stimulation, Socialized with Elderly, Socialized with Other Animals, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Socialized with Cats, Socialized with Children, Other training by request, grooming , bathing, Weekly Nail Trims , Behavioral shaping , Impulse Control, Biosensor Training, Car Training , Human Interactions , Puppy Manners, Clicker Training, Puppy Culture , Name recognition , Crate Training, "No" Biting or Chewing, and Potty Training.

We offer health guarantees for every puppy. They also come with their first 4 rounds of dewormer, 2 rounds of vaccines (by a licensed veterinarian), a clear fecal check, and microchipped!

  • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Ichthyosis, Golden Retriever Type

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
