Getting a puppy from Sunny

Sunny has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. Puppy prices range from $2,000 - $2,800.

“Limited Registration begins at $2000 with full-registration offered to qualified buyers. $300 Deposit holds a spot on the waiting list. 2nd installment of $500 due at puppy-pick at 7 weeks.”

What's included

Enrichment and socialization

Our puppies are raised in our home and complete Volhard testing to best match them with their new families. Our puppies engage in Early Neurological Stimulation and are given frequent grooms. Our puppies begin their potty training, crate training, and basic obedience before they go home. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Volhard Testing, ENS, Potty Training, Leash Walking, Clicker Training, Socialized with Children, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Socialized with Other Animals, Household Desensitization, and Grooming Desensitization.

Puppy health practices

We have a great relationship with our vet. When you get a puppy from us, it will have a Florida Veterinary Certificate of Inspection and will be up-to-date on all vaccinations and wormers. Basically, we give the puppies the best start in life and get them ready for you as if they were our own. ​.

Extras

Your puppy may come with extra benefits, like a small bag of food or a toy carrying the scent of their littermates. If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.

Work with a trusted flight nanny or transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at an airport or meeting point close to home.

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Neonatal Encephalopathy with Seizures (NEwS), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
