I'm the breeder behind Cabin Hearth Miniature and Toy Australian Shepherds located in Mifflin, PA. Our dogs have brought so much joy into our lives and we want everyone to experience that happiness. Our puppies are raised in our home. We are focused on nutrition, early exposure to new things, and of course lots of time to play and snuggle up with our family of six.

We are a family of six nestled in the mountains of central PA. Our dogs are valuable members of our family and have brought countless hours of fun, memories, and so much fun into our lives. As breeders, we want to pass on the incredible traits of the Minature Australian Shepherd so that we can preserve this breed and share them with others. Mini Aussies are bright, beautiful, loyal, and fun and we aim to produce healthy, structurally sound, and happy puppies!

Mary has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. Puppy prices range from $1,500 - $3,500 and include a non-refundable deposit of $400.

Our puppies are raised in our home. We put a lot of care into socializing our puppies so they can transition easily into their new lives with their forever families. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Various sounds, Socialized with children, Surface & tactile stimulation, Daily handling, Car rides, Household Desensitization, Various Surfaces, Basic Manners, Crate Training, and House Training.
We deworm our puppies at 4,6 and 8 weeks. They are seen by our vet for their first vaccines and health check when they are six weeks old. Bringing you a healthy well loved puppy is our highest priority.
We send our puppies home with Initial potty training, Vet records, Food & treats, Blanket with mom & littermates’ scent, Food Starter Bag, Certificate of Health, Blanket with Littermates Scent, and Vaccinations.
Mary offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.

Why Mary started breeding
We got our first Miniature Australian Shepherd and quickly realized that we love everything about her. We have worked hard to learn all we can about breeding responsibly and preserve and pass on the wonderful characteristics of the Australian shepherd. Finding the right puppy can be so overwhelming and frustrating. We want every person we interact with to have an excellent and positive experience in bringing home their new beloved companion.

About Tango
Tango is our handsome man around here. We adopted him as an adult from Blue Springs Aussies in Missouri. We worked hard to win his heart and he has become a part of Cabin Hearth's family. We are so proud of him. His parents were both toy aussies from Cross L Aussies in Oregon. He stands 16 in tall and weighs 27lbs. He is Health Tested and Clear including NAD. He is registered with ASDR and AKC.

Bridget is one of a kind. She is the most loyal and faithful friend you could find. She is super smart and more serious. Her favorite days are spent in our grass fields chasing critters. She has given us lovely babies. She has Timberline and Heart Mountain Bloodlines. She is genetically health tested and has one copy of PRCD and MDR1. She is registered with ASDR.

Willow is our homegrown girl. She is Bridgets daughter and her Sire is Gravatts Struttin My Tux from Parsons Place Aussies in Oklahoma. Willow is the sweetest girl and has never met a stranger. She is always up for some fun with the kids. She is the best mama to her puppies. Willow is genetically tested and clear. She is registered with ASDR.
