I'm the breeder behind High Desert Aussies located in Crestline, OH. Our puppies are raised inside with a loving family atmosphere. When old enough they are socialized to many things on the farm. Horses other dogs chickens cats many different varieties of farm life. They live in our home and are happy healthy puppies. When old enough they have lots of outside play time. Tails and dew claws are removed. They will be up to date on shots and worming. Our puppies will be great athletic or working dogs. They're very socialized when they find their new forever person in their new forever home.
About Ruth
I fell in love with the Australian Shepherd breed in 2006. I got my first Australian Shepherd puppy and was changed forever. They are an awesome breed and I'm always happy to try and share that with others.
What makes Ruth’s program special
I breed a high quality Australian shepherd. Although the parents are double registered, I sell unpapered puppies. It makes the puppies more reasonably priced. Everyone should have the opportunity to have such a wonderful family member.

Why Ruth started breeding
I first fell in love with the breed 25 years ago. Then my husband and I were raising Border Collies. Although I still love the Border Collie, 17 years ago I got my first Australian shepherd. I have been hooked ever since. They're such a beautiful breed so loyal and loving.

Violet is doing well - no training but is learning. She was well-fed when I bought her and Ruth knew a lot about the breed
