I'm the breeder behind HP Dachs located in Bonney Lake, WA. All three are complete OFA certifications to confirm improvement on the breed as a whole. All puppies and dogs are loved by our family, and those with special needs. We do our best to breed with total care by primarily focusing on raising healthy, affectionate, and loyal companions.

Leslie has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. Puppy prices range from $1,800 - $2,500 and include a non-refundable deposit of $350.
“Price includes first shots, Bordetella, deworming, flea treatment, and microchip. The $350 deposit is non-refundable to take the puppy off the market to guarantee placement. All of our puppies are the same regardless of color, size, or gender. This includes registration paperwork to the AKC and microchipping. It does not include breeding rights.”

Our puppies are handled from birth. We do not place our puppies until 10 weeks of age. The mother is able to teach the puppies a lot: how to use the dog door, the steps, and how to play in the grass. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Scent introduction, Socialized in new places, Socialized with children, Surface & tactile stimulation, Car rides, Various sounds, Human contact from birth, and on daily basis, Interaction with Visitors, Adult and children socializing , Children and other pets, Puppy Culture , crate training, Various Surfaces , Noises , Strangers, Structures, e.g. Climbing, Scents, Chew, e.g. Bone, Toys, e.g. Ball, Touch Desensitization, Household Desensitization, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Socialized with Children, Starting potty training , Litter Box Trained, Doggy door training , Pee pad, Potty pads,, Car Training , Potty training, crate training, Human Interactions , Puppy Culture , Name recognition , and Crate Training.
All puppies are vaccinated and taken to the veterinarian for a health check up before they head home to their new families. All puppies will have received their first shots, and at least three doses of deworming. Puppies need time to nurse, grow, and develop with their mother and littermates before they can join their new families.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
