I'm the breeder behind Jilaroo Australian Cattle Dogs located in Greenville, GA. We have 39 years of experience with the Australian Cattle Dog breed. We strive to produce outstanding puppies that are structurally sound, healthy, intuitive and have a wonderful temperament. We hand raise each of our puppies to ensure a reliable temperament and cherished companionship.

What's included

Enrichment and socialization

I will introduce the puppies to different surfaces and sounds. My friends and family will also play with the puppies. They get lots of love and attention. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with Children, Various Surfaces , and Sound Stimulation.

Puppy health practices

My pups are dewormed, vaccinated, and have microchips.

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Early Onset Progressive Retinal Atrophy (EOPRA), PawPrint Genetic Panel (Breed Specific), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Primary Lens Luxation (PLL)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
