I'm the breeder behind Lantana located in Richmond, TX. It is our goal to produce healthy, show-quality puppies with wonderful temperaments. With this in mind, we consider a variety of factors when making breeding decisions, and we only breed dogs that are exemplary representations of the standard. We provide each of our dogs and puppies with the best care, and we ensure each pup that we don’t keep goes to a responsible, loving home.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • PRA3, Tibetan Terrier and Spaniel Type

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
