About Jenelle
We're located on 40 acres in the rural area of Richards, MO. Our home was established in the Fall of 1999, surrounded by pecan trees and a little creek that runs throughout our land. We have a herd of Maine-Anjou cattle that graze in our pastures. Our family is involved with Forkner Farms Inc., a family-farm operation with business interests in crops and livestock (swine and cattle) farming.
Jenelle has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Puppy prices range from $1,200 - $2,800 and include a non-refundable deposit of $300.
“The deposit is required to hold your choice of puppy. The deposit is non-refundable. If the puppy were to die or develop a life-threatening illness, I would refund your deposit, or you can transfer the deposit to another available pup or a puppy from a future litter. Full Registration is extra. Non-refundable deposit.”
Jenelle may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Our puppies are well-adjusted to a home environment and socialized with children, our cat, and other dogs. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with Children, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Sound Stimulation, Early Neurological Stimulation, Toys, e.g. Ball, Puppy Culture , and We do NOT take them out in public, they're not fully vaccinated until 16 weeks, but we do have friends and family who help with "daily playtime"..
All puppies will be vet checked, current on shots, and dewormed before going to new homes. Tails docked and dewclaws removed at three days old.
Your puppy may come with extra benefits, like a small bag of food or a toy carrying the scent of their littermates. While Little Creek Acres Australian Shepherds hasn’t shared specifics yet, we encourage you to reach out directly to learn what thoughtful extras they may include to help your puppy transition comfortably into their new home.
Jenelle offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
Work with a trusted flight nanny or transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at an airport or meeting point close to home.
Why Jenelle started breeding
Our adventure in raising and selling puppies began in 2008. We started out raising Collies then later my daughter raised Pembroke Welsh Corgis (she still does to this day at a different location). In 2016, I purchased my first Aussie female from a highly respectable breeder with top quality genetics. I fell in love with her so much that I bought another one a couple of weeks later. And so, my adventure in raising Aussies has begun and will continue.
Jenelle has been a member of Good Dog for about 5 years
