I'm the breeder behind Living Blessed Collies located in Salem, IN. We’re devoted to ensuring there are healthy puppies for others to enjoy and we do so by responsibly growing this incredible breed. About Laura
I am a mom of 11 children and 10 grandchildren. We love our family and our pets. We have goats, chickens, guineas, turkeys, peacocks, dogs and cats, and 1 mini pig on our homestead at the moment. Our Collies have been exposed to them and get along well.
What makes Laura’s program special
We love our dogs as family and think they are the best in the world! They are smart and loyal and protect our family and our livestock. They are also wonderful kids' dogs! We have tested our dogs for CEA (Collie Eye Anomaly). Our Collies are healthy and happy! We put a lot into our puppies and and do age appropriate training. We start with crate training after weaning and leash and collar. If they are here long enough we start with a couple commands. We want them ready for their new home and we want you happy as well as the puppy. Blessings!

Getting a puppy from Laura
Laura has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices range from $1,600 - $2,000 and include a non-refundable deposit of $400.
“The price includes AKC registration application, first shots and worming, and socialization. We guarantee our puppies to be in good health when they leave our home. They will be vet checked. To reserve your puppy, a deposit of $400.00 is required through this secure site (Good Dog). Since the best time to sell the puppies is the first few months, a deposit will discourage change of mind which could compromise salability of the puppy. The remainder $1050 is due before the puppy leaves our property. Payments should be made within 1 month.”

Laura may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. What's included
Enrichment and socialization
Our puppies will be well adjusted to the home environment with children handling them often. We plan on teaching them about collar and leash, and sit. We will be grooming them and tipping their ears. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Various sounds, Socialized with other animals, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Socialized in new places, Socialized with children, Surface & tactile stimulation, Car rides, Sit Command, and Leash Walking.
Puppy health practices
All puppies have first round of vaccinations and taken to a vet clinic for a checkup before leaving to its new home.
Extras
We send our puppies home with Basic obedience & manners, Initial potty training, Food & treats, Vet records, Registration, Food Starter Bag, and Puppy Collar.
Bringing your puppy home
Laura offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
Pick up your puppy in Salem, IN or nearby
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
Get your puppy dropped off to you
Work with a trusted transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at a meeting point close to home.

About Sunny
Sunny is our beautiful sable and white, female rough Collie! She has a full white collar with such pretty coloring! She is a smart and athletic girl! She loves ball and jumping. Sunny is good at keeping the hawks and buzzards away from our flock and is a great guardian dog. She is an all around good guard dog with good recall. She does really well with our farm animals.

About Willow
…Willow is from champion bloodline. He is sable and white and 85 lbs. He is smart and knows quite a few tricks. He is such a loving companion and loves children. Willow competed in the 4-H Dog Obedience program this last spring and summer and did amazing. He received a champion ribbon, grand champion ribbon and a reserved grand champion ribbon. We are very proud of him! Willow gets excited to see new people and loves people to come talk to him and pet him. He is great with our farm animals and cuddles baby animals. He would lick a bunny and lay by it but protect our family from harm or stray dogs that are a threat. Willow also loves kickball for active fun but enjoys a cool relaxing nap over a floor vent! Willow loves to back up to you for a good scratching and really wants to come sit in your lap only he is a little big for that!
