I'm the breeder behind Maureen Chappell's Miniature American Shepherds located in Bourbonnais, IL. We offer wonderful dogs with great temperaments that will add lots of joy to your family. We love our dogs and what we do, and we make sure each puppy is socialized and healthy so that it is ready to go to its forever home. Our dogs are bred for those specifics.
About Maureen
I've been breeding since 1999. All our dogs live in the home with us. We live in the country, so there is a lot of room to run and play. Whelping occurs in the house, and we socialize our pups extensively with grandkids and friends.
What makes Maureen’s program special
Our program is special because all our dogs are part of our family. It is a family affair. All of our Miniature American Shepherds are bred, raised, and loved in our home to produce happy, healthy pets who are great companions for individuals and families alike.
Maureen has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Puppy prices range from $1,000 - $1,500 and include a refundable deposit of $100.
“This price also includes up-to-date shots, tail docking, dewclaw removal, worming, AKC Reunite microchip, AKC papers, and a vet check. My deposit is asked for, and it is refundable if you choose to not get a pup. Life happens, and things can change.”
