I'm the breeder behind Moonwater Danes located in Flippin, AR. We love to responsibly raise and train our puppies so they have the tools to be well-rounded, beloved family members. We raise our litters in our home to help set the foundation for happy and confident puppies to transition well into their forever homes. It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to make an impact on each individual puppy!

Getting a puppy from Lila

Lila has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices range from $1,200 - $2,200 and include a deposit of $300.

What's included

Enrichment and socialization

Our puppies are handled daily by a variety of ages. They have been introduced to storms, other dogs, and all kinds of environments by the time they go to their new homes! Puppies start using a litter box at 3 weeks to help adjust to potty training. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Nail Trimming, Name Recognition, Grooming and Nail Care, Water Introduction, ENS, Puppy Culture, Initial House Training, Basic manners, Human Interactions , Puppy Manners, Puppy Culture , "No" Biting or Chewing, Potty Training, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Socialized in new places, Socialized with children, Surface & tactile stimulation, and Various sounds.

Puppy health practices

All puppies are vaccinated and have at least one vet exam before going home. They will come with microchips.

We send our puppies home with Initial potty training, Puppy starter kit, Toys, Vet records, Food & treats, Microchip, Registration, puppy culture, Vaccinations, Puppy Collar, Puppy Starter Kit, Certificate of Health, Food Starter Bag, and AKC Registration.

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
