Hi I'm Stacey, my husband John and are the faces behind Nautica Weimaraners. We live in sunny Florida and live on the water. We love spending time with our dogs whom are family to us. The Nautica name came from our love of boating and the ocean.

Stacey has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Puppy prices range from $1,800 - $2,000 and include a non-refundable deposit of $500.
“The price also includes dewormings, dewclaws removed, tails docked, vaccinations, microchips, health certificates, AKC registration, and age-appropriate puppy socialization. All puppies are the same price whether sold to companion or show homes (Limited or full AKC registration.) The $500 deposit is collected at 3 weeks of age if the application is accepted.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. The puppies will be well adjusted to living in a home environment with different people and other adult dogs. They will be given a positive introduction to swimming and playing outdoors. Age-appropriate socialization will be constantly provided. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Beginning Basic Recall, Weekly Nail Trims, Swimming, Initial Crate Training, Initial House Training, Noise Desensitization, Neural Stimulation, Dog Door, Human Interactions, Conformation Stacking, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Socialized with Adults, Socialized with Children, Exposure to Wobble Board and Other Novel Items, Sound Stimulation, Surface and Tactile Stimulation, Daily Handling, Toys, e.g. Ball, Outdoors (when Weather permits), Grooming Desensitization, Initiate Outdoor Potty, Scent Introduction, Biosensor Training, Puppy Culture, Safe Early Socialization, and Crate Training.
Puppies will have age-appropriate dewormings, vaccines, and a health certificate. They will be weaned on a combination of a homemade diet and quality kibble. They will be raised inside my home but also introduced to safe outdoor play areas and water. Crate and house training will be started prior to going to new homes. Lots of socialization opportunities will be provided.
We send our puppies home with Microchip, First Dose of Heartworm Preventative, WCA Application for Membership, Blanket with Littermates' and Mom's scents, Vaccinations, Toy with Littermates' Scent, Food Starter Bag, Certificate of Health, and AKC Registration.

If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
“We do not ship our puppies. We want to meet you in person when you pick up your puppy at our home. Only in-cabin flights with owners back home will be approved.”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Hyperuricosuria (HUU), OFA/CHIC DNA Repository
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
