I'm the breeder behind Ouachita River Cockapoos located in Mena, AR. We love this breed and the experience of having litters! Our mission is to raise pups that are set to become the best companions. Our mission is to breed the very best dogs that we can, to raise them with love, and to select their future homes with careful attention.
Donah’s experience
About Donah
I am from a small town in Arkansas and can see the Ouachita River from my front porch. I was raised in the country with all types of animals. My dad was an Agri Teacher so we had all kinds of adventures with animals growing up. I got my love of animals and dogs from him. I have 3 children who are all teenagers and up. I love having puppies around. They are a lot of work but I enjoy it!
What makes Donah’s program special
I spend a lot of time with my momma dogs and the puppies everyday. I am almost an empty nester with my kids going off to college and these babies get my time! I always have loved dogs and raising puppies and finally found the time to do it! It makes me happy to know that other people will get to experience the joy a family pet can bring. I wouldn't provide anything less than what I would expect, from the quality of the sires used to the health of the puppies!

Getting a puppy from Donah
Donah has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices range from $900 - $1,600 and include a non-refundable deposit of $350.
“The deposit is non refundable. I believe that requiring a deposit will ensure that a person is serious about acquiring a puppy. Puppies are cute and everyone loves a puppy, but they are a life long commitment and can live anywhere on average from 14 to 18 years.”
Contract and health guarantee
Donah may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. What's included
Enrichment and socialization
Our puppies are well adjusted to a home environment and other dogs and children. They have started the house training process. ¹( of course will have to be continued in New home to reach perfection) and beginning crate trained. They have free play each evening with my momma dogs and me! They are well adjusted to people and not skittish. Very loving . I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with children, Surface & tactile stimulation, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Various sounds, Household Desensitization, Early stages of crate training, Outdoors (when Weather permits), crate training, Chew, e.g. Bone, Toys, e.g. Ball, Sound Stimulation, Socialized with Adult Dogs, and Socialized with Children.
Puppy health practices
All puppies are wormed and vaccinated on schedule with a vet health check before going home.
Extras
We send our puppies home with Basic obedience & manners, Toys, Food & treats, Puppy starter kit, Vet records, Initial potty training, Vaccinations, and Food Starter Bag.
Bringing your puppy home
Donah offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
Pick up your puppy in Mena, AR or nearby
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
Get your puppy dropped off to you
Work with a trusted flight nanny or transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at an airport or meeting point close to home.

Why Donah started breeding
I've always been partial to puppies and have raised many litters of other breeds. I came across my momma girls when they were just 8 weeks old, purchased them the next day and picked them up. I love this small dog breed and noticed the positive attributes of them. Sharing what I love and bringing joy to families is what makes me happy.

Donah’s program has two sizes
Donah’s Cockapoo puppies are mini size. Donah’s Aussiedoodle puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary by litter based on the parent dogs.
Donah’s program includes nine colors
Donah’s Cockapoo puppies include brown, black and white, black, golden, buff and white, buff, and brown and white. Donah’s Aussiedoodle puppies include brown and white and apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Smitty is a long haired Cream/Tan F1b Cockapoo. He has the most loving and fun, playful personality. He can sit and shake and learned this at just 4 months old. He's the coolest dog around! He has been health tested and is just a little over 74% poodle and the remainder cocker spaniel! He is approx 245b. He is house trained and sleeps on a pet bed at night. Super easy to train! We just love Smitty and know that his upcoming litters will have his great personality!
