I'm the breeder behind Patriots Poodles and Doodles located in Fayette, OH. I'm committed to raising healthy, happy puppies that are prepared to be the perfect new family addition. Most of our puppies know their name, can sit/turn/lay down/speak on command and are nearly potty trained by 9 weeks. All with positive reinforcement. They are well socialized and well loved.
About La Donna
My dogs are such an important part of my life and family, and I am so grateful to be able to help each of my puppies' families experience the same level of joy that my dogs bring me. Family life is a busy life and I train my puppies before they go home to make it easier for the adoptive family and puppies. I offer advanced training to 1 puppy out of each litter, contact for more information.
What makes La Donna’s program special
In addition to health testing (Embark panel, OFA hips/elbows) we provide training to each puppy before they go home. You will be amazed when your little 8 week old puppy knows her name and sits on command when you come to pick her up. We spend hours every day correcting behavior (biting, ect) and provide you with the best behaved puppy possible at 9 weeks for an easy transition for everyone.

Our puppies are raised and trained in our home. We put a lot of care into socializing the puppies so they can transition easily into their new lives with their forever families. We do Early Neurological Stimulation, we work on sound desensitization (fireworks/thunder/ect.) All puppies start basic obedience and potty training. Most puppies know the commands sit/come/down/along with their name, and a correction command by 8 weeks. This is a huge head start that all of the puppy families appreciate! . I utilize the following enrichment methods: Car rides, Socialized with other animals, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Scent introduction, Surface & tactile stimulation, Various sounds, Household Desensitization, Nail Trimming, bite inhibition, early scent stimulation from days 3-16, Various Surfaces , Noises , crate training, Scents, Touch Desensitization, Early Neurological Stimulation, Grooming Desensitization, Sound Stimulation, Socialized with Elderly, Socialized with Children, Confidence building, eye contact, and general initial potty training., neural stimulation, Basic Obedience Commands, Name recognition , Potty Training, We play noise densensitizing music videos to expose your puppy to sounds that may otherwise trigger a negative response from your puppy (doorbells, fireworks, barking dog, children playing, men talking, etc.), Impulse Control, Sit Command, Touch, pets, and kisses are encouraged during human socialization., Early socialization, Obedience training started, "No" Biting or Chewing, Noise desensitization, Socialized with People, Socialized with Adult Dogs, and Socialized with Other Animals.
I follow all appropriate puppy health protocols to ensure happy, healthy puppies. The puppies will have age appropriate vaccines and a certificate of health will be signed by our veterinarian. The parent dogs are at a minimum health tested genetically and all parent dogs pass hips/elbows through the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals.

Why La Donna started breeding
We had our first labradoodle and loved that the breed did not shed or have that doggy odor, she was easy to train and eager to please. I also found the experience of our first litter very rewarding. It's impossible to have a bad day when you are surrounded by puppies and it's amazing to watch them grow and learn. Families are amazed that their new puppy arrives with training by 8-9 weeks.
