I'm the breeder behind Piper N Penny located in St. George, UT. We’re so excited to be able to help families experience the longtime loyalty of welcoming a new Maltipoo puppy into their lives! Our dogs stole our hearts right from the start and we found ourselves wanting to get more involved. Breeding was a natural next step and we haven’t looked back since!

About Amanda
My name is Amanda Tilley. My family and I live in beautiful southern Utah with our 2 beautiful fur babies. My 2 teenage kids are animal lovers and have been the best helpers when it comes to our dogs and their puppies. It's so amazing to see the hard work they are willing to put in so that we can give families the most loved and nurtured puppies for their forever homes.
What makes Amanda’s program special
We love and care for our litters within our home. They are introduced and comfortable with a kennel by the time they go to their forever families. These puppies have started potty training and are well on their way to having 0 accidents. Our litters are healthy, confident, and well loved when they meet their new families.

Getting a puppy from Amanda
Amanda has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices range from $2,500 - $3,000 and include a non-refundable deposit of $500.
“The price includes first round of vaccinations, de-worming, dew claw removal, socialization, kennel training and introduction to potty training. All puppies go home with a care bag which includes: chew toy, puppy pads, puppy blanket, food dish, small bag of food, recommendations and information for what products we have used and health record. All of our puppies are the same price regardless of color and size. The deposit will go towards the price of the puppy. In some instances the deposit can be refunded.”

Amanda may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. What's included
Enrichment and socialization
Our puppies are well adjusted to a home environment and have basic potty training and kennel training before they go to their new homes. I utilize the following enrichment methods: also have lots of friends and family who come over to handle the puppies and help out with the puppies daily. I do not take them to public places to expose them to people as they are not fully vaccinated until 16 weeks. , Outdoors, e.g. rain, crate training, Various Surfaces , Noises , Strangers, Touch Desensitization, Scents, Chew, e.g. Bone, Toys, e.g. Ball, Grooming Desensitization, Socialized with Other Animals, Sound Stimulation, Early Neurological Stimulation, Household Desensitization, Socialized with Elderly, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Socialized with Children, bathing, grooming , We start house training, We start crate training, Early socialization, Scent Introduction, Noise desensitization, Potty pads,, Human Interactions , and Crate Training.
Puppy health practices
All puppies are taken to the vet to be vaccinated and de-wormed. They have a health check 2 times.
Extras
We send our puppies home with Sound and texture enrichment, Early Neurological Stimulation, Our puppies are all sent home with welcome home bags and information. , Blanket with Littermates' and Mom's scents, Vaccinations, Food Starter Bag, Certificate of Health, and Bone.
Bringing your puppy home
Amanda offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
Pick up your puppy in St. George, UT or nearby
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
“We do not ship our puppies, but you could come to our home, meet at the airport, or use a flight nanny. We are also willing to travel to Salt Lake, or Las Vegas to deliver a puppy by car.”

Why Amanda started breeding
My family and I decided to start breeding due to the sole reason that we knew we would raise litters in a loving and nurturing home. So often you hear the news articles talking about puppy mills and breeders that mistreat and abuse their dogs. We knew that we could provide healthy confident puppies to families that are looking for not just a pet, but a member of the family.

Amanda was screened for responsible practices and has been a member since 2022.
Amanda’s program includes three colors
Amanda’s Maltipoo puppies include red, cream, and apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
