I'm the breeder behind Rare and Royal Pets located in Lake Elsinore, CA. We understand purposefully breeding in order to better our breed and the families that love them! Our breeding program started with wanting to create emotional support animals for the people suffering from isolation and depression during the pandemic & has positively affected many families !

About Destiny
My name is Destiny Lyons, I am a mother to a 2 year old boy and newborn boy/girl twins. I am a State-board licensed esthetician & I am a nursing student. My passion is people, and having maximum impact as long as I live! Through daily customer/client relationships and lifelong bonds I form through my poodle program I am full of gratitude that I have the power to positively affect so many people!
What makes Destiny’s program special
Aside from the unusual and jaw dropping aesthetics of Rare and Royal poodles— I can say my program is very intentional, and thought out . We did extensive research and sourced our dams and sires from all over the country. To gain access to the most exclusive bloodlines, we waited months and sometimes years for the right puppy. R&R was created with a purpose, and we’ve JUST STARTED to fulfill it!

Getting a puppy from Destiny
Destiny has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices range from $2,500 - $3,500 and include a non-refundable deposit of $500.
“The price includes: AKC Limited registration, Up to Date shots and deworming, Professionally groomed, genetic health guarantee and life long breeder suppport. Deposits are non refundable ,but are transferable for up to one year.”
Contract and health guarantee
Destiny may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Destiny offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Destiny directly.
What's included
Enrichment and socialization
We introduce the puppies to ENS early on and expose them to the daily experiences of home life . They’re handles by all age groups and races before they go home and are temperament tested at 7 weeks. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with other animals, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Scent introduction, Socialized with children, Surface & tactile stimulation, Car rides, Various sounds, Social, Outdoors, e.g. rain, Various Surfaces , Toys, e.g. Ball, Touch Desensitization, Grooming Desensitization, Early Neurological Stimulation, Socialized with Elderly, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Socialized with Children, No bite training, We litter train our puppies by 4 weeks which makes crate training very easy., Potty pads,, Puppy Manners, Sit Command, Crate Training, and "No" Biting or Chewing.
Puppy health practices
All puppies are up-to date on medical exams and procedures by go home date and their genetic health is guaranteed.
Extras
We send our puppies home with Basic obedience & manners, Microchip, Registration, Blanket with mom & littermates’ scent, Initial potty training, Puppy starter kit, Toys, Food & treats, Vet records, Microchipped , Early Neurological Stimulation, Our puppies are all sent home with welcome home bags and information. , Breed Club Registration, Vaccinations, Puppy Starter Kit, Certificate of Health, and AKC Registration.
Bringing your puppy home
Destiny offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
Pick up your puppy in Lake Elsinore, CA or nearby
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
Get your puppy dropped off to you
Work with a trusted flight nanny or transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at an airport or meeting point close to home.

Why Destiny started breeding
I have always loved animals, as a child I wanted nothing more to be a veterinarian—but the way God set my immune system up did not allow for that. Most of my childhood I suffered from severe allergies to: animals, foods and more. I was never allowed the joy of owning a pet growing up which is a huge hole in my childhood. I never want any immunocompromised child to experience the same lack.

Destiny’s Poodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary by litter based on the parent dogs.

Destiny’s Poodle puppies include sable, parti, red , phantom, and apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
