Heather’s experience

  • About Heather

We are a family that enjoys raising animals. We have grown up with Labradors Retrievers our whole life. Starting back in 1983. As a family we breed and raised our first litter of puppies in 2008. Then our family moved to a new home with 50 acres and a pond in 2009. In 2011 we started showing and breeding rabbits and cavys around Michigan and nationally and Labs were just family pets.

  • What makes Heather’s program special

In our breeding program we make sure that we are breeding intelligence, good temperament and great health. We genetic test all our breeding dogs for the most common hereditary diseases and complete OFA. Puppies are raised in our house with us till 4 weeks and go to larger pen and brought in the house, taken for walks, learn to follow, swim(summer only) and socialize with different people.
