I'm the breeder behind Resting Hooves Homestead located in Alford, FL. We’re so excited to be able to help families experience the longtime loyalty of welcoming a new puppy into their lives! Our dogs are our passion, and we can't imagine spending our lives without them. We are dedicated to achieving excellence and healthy family pets, and we love to raise puppies and prepare them for their forever homes.
What makes Kendra’s program special
Our puppies are born and raised in our home, not a kennel, or outdoor pen. We take pride in our pups being well adjusted, happy, and healthy. They are around other Bostons, children, and a cat daily. They are let free to run in our living room and play at least 3 times daily, and kept in a 4ftx4ft pen when not able to be let loose.

Our puppies are well adjusted to children, friends, their brother from a previous litter, and a cat. Also have been exposed to chicks, as we hatch our own chicks, which stay in our home for the first couple weeks. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Car rides, Scent introduction, Surface & tactile stimulation, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other animals, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Socialized with children, Various sounds, food (bowl) manners, Puppy Pads, and Crate Training.
All puppies will be vaccinated with a 5 in 1, wormed, and vet checked.
We send our puppies home with Registration, Initial potty training, and Basic obedience & manners.
Kendra offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.

Why Kendra started breeding
I always wanted a Boston Terrier growing up, and finally, after many years I was able to get our girl, Winnie. And we wanted to share the love of Bostons with other people without charging a small fortune.
