Meet the breeder

I'm the breeder behind Riehlhaus German Shepherds located in Shandon, OH. We raise our puppies in our home, they are part of our family. Our adult dogs and puppies are loved, played with, taken for walks at the park for socializing, or just a stroll back through our fields and woods. They are trained and worked with each and every day. Our dogs live in our house they are not kept in kennels outside with the farm animals.

What's included

Enrichment and socialization

I come from a very large family, so my puppies are introduced to all ages of family members. They live in my home and have the opportunity to explore the farm with supervision. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Outdoors, e.g. rain, Household Desensitization, and Socialized with Children.

Puppy health practices

My puppies get deworming medicine at 3 weeks and then every two weeks until they are 8 weeks old. My puppies get all of their vaccinations from my veterinarian.

Extras

Your puppy may come with extra benefits, like a small bag of food or a toy carrying the scent of their littermates. While Riehlhaus German Shepherds hasn’t shared specifics yet, we encourage you to reach out directly to learn what thoughtful extras they may include to help your puppy transition comfortably into their new home.
