I'm the breeder behind Sakari Australian Shepherds located in Long Island, NY. I've been involved with this amazing breed since 2004! My Aussies are my passion, and I keep a small number of dogs so I can maintain my program to a high standard. I am dedicated to producing healthy puppies with great temperaments, nice structure and movement, that are also versatile - aiming to create the perfect mix between show and working lines! I put a great amount of thought and dedication into each litter. My focus is on making the transition from my home to yours as easy as possible! I look forward to connecting with you!
About Stephanie
I am a life-long animal lover and Australian Shepherd enthusiast. I was born and raised with all sorts of animals. Growing up, my grandparents showed and bred English Bulldogs and I remember going to dog shows with them before I was even in school! When my grandparents stopped showing, I decided it was time to get a breed of my own. In the summer of 2004, I was introduced to my first Australian Shepherd and I have been in love with the breed ever since!
What makes Stephanie’s program special
I am a breeder of Australian Shepherds, and I am devoted to doing whatever I can to preserve and protect this incredible breed. It is important to me that I not only continue my own phenomenal bloodlines, but that I am improving this breed with each litter and ensuring the well-being of these dogs for generations more to come! I do not breed my dogs unless they are fully healthy, happy, and excellent representations of the breed standard. I am dedicated to preparing my puppies to thrive as their best selves, and I strive for quality and excellence with everything that I do. I can provide extensive knowledge and guidance for any family looking to bring home one of these wonderful dogs, and I even offer lifetime breeder support!
