About Heather
I am a registered nurse, and I am a school nurse, and also work PRN from home. I am married and have 2 children, ages 10 & 12. My husband works full time out of the home, and row crop farms as well. Our family fell in love with the breed long ago, and after we got our first Aussie, the rest is history. We may be a little biased, but they are THE BEST breed of dog.
What makes Heather’s program special
Our breeding program is special in that we’re not a large kennel, and our Aussies and our puppies get actual hands-on human interaction than other “kennel” operations I’ve seen. I prefer buying from smaller breeding programs as well. We’re also very affordable, as I’ve been told by my buyers, compared to others. Our dogs are AKC registered and are quality Aussies, so we’re also proud to hear that!

Why Heather started breeding
When I was younger, my family raised Lhasa’s. It was a really great experience. Because of my love for animals, and with me being home for work, I really wanted to get back into breeding. I had 2 really beautiful sound Aussies, so we decided it was a great time to start. I found a new passion I love. The Aussies are our pets first and foremost, and what a great way to share the breed with others!
Heather has been a member of Good Dog for almost 4 years
