My goal is to produce a great representation of the Labrador Retriever and to continue improving the line with each generation. I strive to produce quality puppies for families that are structurally sound, healthy, intuitive, and have wonderful temperaments. Our dogs regularly compete in the show ring and are proven champions.

Getting a puppy from Glennda
Glennda has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices range from $2,000 - $4,000 and include a non-refundable deposit of $535.
“The price includes AKC limited registration, vaccines, regular deworming, vet exam, microchipped (lifetime prepaid enrollment), potty/crate training started, 30 days insurance and puppy starter kit. We require a $535 non refundable deposit to secure a place in line on a reservation list.”
Contract and health guarantee
Glennda may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Enrichment and socialization
I do everything I can to socialize my puppies. I want them to be easily trainable and have a smooth transition to their new home. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized in new places, Car rides, Socialized with other animals, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Scent introduction, Socialized with children, Surface & tactile stimulation, Various sounds, outside play, Early socialization, Noise desensitization, Doggy door training , Car Training , Basic manners, Leash Walking, "No" Biting or Chewing, Human Interactions , Exploring items and obstacles such as an umbrella, crutches, a walker. , neighbors who come by , Children and other pets, Leash Training, Texture stimulation, Outdoors, e.g. rain, Noise desensitized , Various Surfaces , car riding , crate training, Noises , Structures, e.g. Climbing, Touch Desensitization, Household Desensitization, Scents, Chew, e.g. Bone, Toys, e.g. Ball, Sound Stimulation, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Socialized with Children, Crate Training, and Potty Training.

I follow all appropriate puppy health protocols to ensure happy, healthy puppies.

Pick up your puppy in Red Bud, IL or nearby
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.

Why Glennda started breeding
I strive to not only produce beautiful puppies but to help promote responsible breeding to ensure that the Labrador Retriever will continue to thrive for generations to come. I am very proud to be breeding these incredible dogs. It is important to me that I am breeding versatile, well-rounded, socialized, and healthy pups for my buyers to welcome into their homes and hearts.

Glennda’s program has one size
Glennda’s Dachshund puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary by litter based on the parent dogs.
Glennda’s program includes eight colors
Glennda’s Dachshund puppies include red, dapple, piebald, chocolate and tan, and black and tan. Glennda’s Labrador Retriever puppies include chocolate, yellow, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Glennda’s program has two coat types
Glennda’s Dachshund puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
