I'm the breeder behind SoffeDoodles located in Farmington, UT. Each of our Parent dogs is treated as family members. We keep small numbers of extraordinary dogs to breed and share the small number of puppies we sell. Our females are not overbred. Our home is always open to share the delightful life of raising puppies. We are dedicated to our dogs.
About Kathleen
I was given my own puppy when I was 8 after a traumatic situation. That pup gave me something positive to focus on. I have dedicated my life to give back interacting with dogs, learning to fine-tune each one for their specific gifts. I have matched up numerous families to their perfect puppy/dog. I have spent years volunteering with the 4H dogs and kids teaching children to care for their dogs.

We socialize them first by using Puppy Culture Techniques and others I have acquired over the years. We take them for car rides, Teach them about crates, puppy pens, and introduces other animals. Children visit often and once they are vaccinated, we introduce them to people outside our family. We buy toys and give them sensory situations. Our pups are raised in our home where they learn about all the noises and smells. I feel very strongly that they should be Should have many experiences but calm environments so they can explore. Then slowly increase what they are exposed to. By 7 weeks they are ready for normal noises and sights and sounds. It’s hard to explain because I let each pup go at their own pace and match a family according to behavior.
Our puppies see the vet three times before they go home where they receive all of their up-to-date vaccinations and deworming before the 8-10 week age. They go home healthy puppy certified.
We send our puppies home with Blanket with Littermates Scent, Certificate of Health, and Puppy Starter Kit.

Why Kathleen started breeding
I had a mentor who I bought from, showed me how important it is to buy from a reputable breeder. As I learned more about breeders, I knew it could be done better! The lack of caring for each animal was appalling. I knew how important the first interaction was to trust and be bonded to their families. I continued to network with great breeders, trainers before I started breeding and I keep learning.
