I'm the breeder behind Swarlz Haus German Shepherds located in Averill Park, NY. We strive to breed quality health tested and titled working line German Shepherds for working and sport homes. Our dogs are excellent working dogs, and we are proud to continue their line. We breed both to provide families with loving and capable companions and to improve upon our dogs' fantastic traits with each generation.
What makes Morgan’s program special
I care a lot about every single one of my dogs and want to make sure the people who buy my dogs have the lifestyle to complement the breed and not hinder them. I see too many German Shepherds in my line of work as a dog trainer who are not getting mentally or physically exercised enough and the human and dog suffer.
Morgan is a member of 4 clubs
Acra Point Schutzhund Club, Northern Vermont Working Dog Club, United Schutzhund Clubs of America, German Shepherd Dog Club of America
Morgan’s certifications & recognitions
Associate Dog Trainer, Canine Good Citizen Evaluator
Morgan has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Puppy prices range from $2,000 - $2,500 and include a refundable deposit of $500.
Morgan may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Morgan offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Morgan directly.
Our puppies are raised using Suzanne Clothier’s Enriched Puppy Protocol. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Early Neurological Stimulation, Toys, e.g. Ball, Various Surfaces , Socialized with Adult Dogs, Household Desensitization, Grooming Desensitization, crate training, car riding , Outdoors (when Weather permits), Enriched Puppy Protocol, Socialized with Cats, Socialized with Other Animals, Sound Stimulation, and Car Rides.
Puppies get a distemper-parvo vaccine before going home as well as a deworming. I believe in a more limited vaccination regimen. Puppies will have gotten a clean bill of health from the vet before going home as well as getting microchipped.
We send our puppies home with Microchip.
Morgan offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
“Come to our home to pick up your puppy. Shipping will be a case by case basis.”
