I'm the breeder behind Tally Ho Dalmatians located in Leavenworth, KS. We work hard to produce healthy, well-rounded Dalmatian puppies that will make others as happy as our dogs have made us! We are a small enough program that we are able to thoroughly focus on each individual dog and puppy and their needs. We take pride in the time and dedication we give to every litter. They are raised in our home and socialized in the public, and with children, from 6 weeks of age on.

About Amara
I grew up showing my Dalmatian, Freckles, in 4H (showmanship, obedience and agility) and also dabbled in AKC obedience. I absolute love my Dalmatian kids!
What makes Amara’s program special
My Dalmatians are raised in my home (right in my living room!). They are raised with older dogs and cats as well as exposed to goats, horses, birds and go on outings to meet other kids and adults before going home to their new families :-)

Getting a puppy from Amara
Amara has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices range from $1,250 - $1,550 and include a non-refundable deposit of $300.
“Price includes CKC registration, microchip, deworming, 1st shots (done by the vet) and a health check by a veterinarian. We also send each pup with their first collar, a large food sample and a shot/health record keeping book. We ask a deposit to hold the puppy of your choice, balance to be paid in cash or through gooddog on pick up.”
Contract and health guarantee
Amara may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Amara offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Amara directly.
What's included
Enrichment and socialization
From 6 weeks on my puppies visit my horse riding stable and are socialized with children, adults and animals there :-). I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with other animals, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Socialized in new places, Socialized with children, Car rides, and Various sounds.
Puppy health practices
All puppies are microchipped, given their 1st vaccines and looked over by the vet before going home.
Extras
We send our puppies home with Toys, Food & treats, Vet records, Microchip, Registration, Breed Club Registration, Microchipped , Vaccinations, Toy with Littermates' Scent, Puppy Collar, and Food Starter Bag.
Bringing your puppy home
Amara offers options to help you easily get your new puppy home.
Pick up your puppy in Leavenworth, KS or nearby
If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
“Meet us in Leavenworth Kansas, 66048 or we are happy to meet you at MCI airport to bring your new puppy home!”
Get your puppy dropped off to you
Work with a trusted flight nanny or transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at an airport or meeting point close to home.

Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
