I'm the breeder behind Trilogy Goldens located in California. I am an experienced breeder. I am very involved in conformation and have done some hunting with my dogs. I am a breeder of Merit. I love learning of ways to improve my breeding program and ways to better the breed. I believe there is nothing better than a Golden Retriever.

What's included

Enrichment and socialization

Pups are exposed to visitors, adults, and children (limited during covid19), male and female, individual attention daily, interaction with my other dogs, individual handling, introduce as many new experiences around the home, the vacuum, different surfaces, and various toys. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with Adult Dogs, Sound Stimulation, and Socialized with Children.

Puppy health practices

Pups get a vet exam before going home, their first vaccine, and dewormings.

Your puppy may come with extra benefits, like a small bag of food or a toy carrying the scent of their littermates.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • OFA/CHIC DNA Repository

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
