I'm the breeder behind Whit’s End Aussies located in Kim, CO. I have been breeding & raising all sorts of dogs for over 30 years & Aussies are by far my favorite. I’m proud to provide healthy, well tempered, smart dogs. I have researched genetics, conformation, bone health, coat traits, and more. All puppies tails are docked or born with a natural docked tail.

Getting a puppy from Jena

Jena has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices range from $950 - $1,200 and include a non-refundable deposit of $400.

“Our pricing is contingent on coat color eye color, and genetic traits. Pups deemed a good genetic specimen of the breed are sold with breeding rights for no extra cost. All payments through Good Dog. A deposit of $400 is required to hold a puppy. It is non refundable but in certain instances, If after placing your deposit you change your mind you can apply the deposit to a future litter.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. What's included

Enrichment and socialization

Our puppies are brought up around lots of kids and other dogs. We have also taken many training courses from a local trainer and begin puppy training as soon as possible with them. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, Socialized with other animals, Socialized with other dogs, Daily handling, Socialized in new places, Socialized with children, Surface & tactile stimulation, Car rides, Various sounds, Exposure to livestock, Grooming Desensitization, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Socialized with Cats, Socialized with Children, Introductory Course to Basic Beginners Obedience , Beginning potty training , Early socialization, and Puppy Manners.

Puppy health practices

All puppies receive their first round of puppy vaccinations, wormer and a vet checkup before being sent home.

We send our puppies home with Initial potty training, Puppy starter kit, Basic obedience & manners, Food & treats, Vet records, Registration, Blanket with mom & littermates’ scent, Vaccinations, Puppy Starter Kit, and Food Starter Bag.

Bringing your puppy home

Pick up your puppy in Kim, CO or nearby

If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.

“We do not ship our puppies as we would prefer to meet you in person before your take one of our babies home. You may visit our home kennel or we will meet at one of two airports nearby. ”

Get your puppy dropped off to you

We’ll meet at a mutually convenient halfway point to drop off your puppy. Once your application is approved, we’ll coordinate the details for your pick-up day together.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Brucellosis

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
