Meet the breeder

I'm the breeder behind Buckeye Country Kennel located in Cleveland, OH. Our dogs are bred with health and temperament being our top priority as well as conformation and betterment of the breed. Our goal is to only breed dogs that meet ASC standards and have full genetic testing and OFA testing for a longer and healthier life.

Jeannie’s experience

  • About Jeannie

All of our dogs are AKC registered and are part of our family. They live in our house, lay on our couch, sleep in our beds, go on car rides, walks, vacations, and even to group training. We spend Monday nights at conformation run-through for our dogs to practice what they do in the show ring. I am an Owner Handler and breeder. Both of my daughter's are AKC Junior handlers and also show in breed.

  • What makes Jeannie’s program special

Our breeding program is special because we are only breeding dogs that are fully health tested and within breed standards. Our dogs all live in our home, sleep in our beds, and are part of our family. We live for our dogs and love having each and every one of them. We do this as a family - not just the breeding of the dogs, but also showing them!
