Getting a puppy from Janice

Janice has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies. You'll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a new companion. Together, you'll choose the puppy that's right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices range from $2,000 - $3,000 and include a deposit of $300.

“The price includes first vaccination, microchip, deworming, Vet Check before going home, AKC limited registration, ....and PUPPY! We begin accepting deposits after the puppies are born and we know how many we have, and sexes. Deposits are non-refundable after the puppies are 6 weeks old, unless the breeder is unable for some reason to provide the puppy to the Buyer.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. What's included

Enrichment and socialization

I utilize the following enrichment methods: Various sounds, Car rides, Surface & tactile stimulation, Socialized with children, Socialized in new places, Scent introduction, Daily handling, Socialized with other dogs, Introduced to people of different ages and appearances, and Socialized with other animals.

Puppy health practices

Our puppies are microchipped, receive their first vaccination, dewormings, and visit the Veterinarian for puppy exams before heading to their new families.

We send our puppies home with Blanket with mom & littermates’ scent, Registration, Puppy starter kit, Toys, Food & treats, Vet records, Microchip, Microchipped , Our puppies are all sent home with welcome home bags and information. , Toy with Littermates' Scent, Blanket with Littermates' and Mom's scents, Vaccinations, Certificate of Health, Food Starter Bag, and AKC Registration.

Pick up your puppy in Winnsboro, TX or nearby

If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.

“We do not ship puppies in airline cargo, but are willing to meet the new owner or a puppy flight nanny at the airport. Puppies can be picked up at our home, or we can often drive partway to meet. There are also pet transport companies that offer ground transport and drive your puppy to you.”

Get your puppy dropped off to you

Work with a trusted flight nanny to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at an airport or meeting point close to home.

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
